Shipping, returns and refunds

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days.
After you place your order online, you’ll be sent an email letting you know we’ve got it.
Then we’ll pack and send your order and let you know it’s on the way with your tracking info.
Typically shipping takes 2-6 business days. Depending on your location, and as we’re located in regional WA, this may take longer.
We currently only ship within WA via Australia Post for orders under 22kg.
Orders over 22kg are sent via courier.
We don’t ship, deliver, or offer local pick-up on weekends or public holidays.
All beer/alcohol orders require signature and photo ID (18+) on delivery.
Local pick-ups also require 18+ photo ID. No ID? Sorry, no pick up.

Merch
Not the right fit? Not quite your colour? We want you living your best life! So post it back to us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll send you the right item.
If your order is faulty or has a serious defect, please email hello@obbrewingco.com.au within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement.
Beer/alcoholic beverages
With beer it’s a little different. We can only replace or refund your order if it’s faulty or damaged when you get it. Just send us a photo of the damage to hello@obbrewingco.com.au and we’ll sort it!

We highly recommend opting for postage with tracking. Unfortunately we can’t process your exchange or refund if the parcel goes AWOL in transit.

After you send your faulty item back to us with tracking, we’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve received it.
We’ll refund your credit card account for the cost of the product and you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.
Depending on the original method of payment, refund time may vary.

What areas do you cover for delivery?
Ocean Beach Brewing ships within Western Australia only. For beer, this ensures our beers are as fresh as possible by the time they get to you.
How quickly will my order be processed?
We check for orders daily (excluding weekends and public holidays) and then process, package and ship the goods to you the next business day.
As we are shipping from regional Western Australia, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-6 business days. Some parts of WA may take longer.
How much will I pay for delivery?
Shipping is calculated at the checkout stage of the purchase and will be displayed to you before you confirm your order.
While we work hard to ensure this calculation is accurate, under certain circumstances the postage cost calculated may be in error and not cover the real delivery costs.
In this case, we’ll contact you with the actual cost and give you the option of cracking on with your order or cancelling it.
Orders over 22kg require a courier, so we’ll contact you with an indicative cost for delivery.
I live locally, can I pick up my order?
If you selected Local Pick up during the checkout process, you can collect your order from the address provided in your order confirmation. Local pick-up is Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3.45pm-5pm from central Denmark, Western Australia. Remember to bring your 18+ ID if you’re collecting beer. No ID? Sorry, no pick-up.
